Every Northwind piece starts with a failure report: a wet cuff, a seam that gave out, a hip belt that stopped carrying at kilometre fourteen. We design against the failure, then take the result back out into it.
Our shells are seam-sealed by hand in small batches. Packs are stripped and rebuilt. Shoes are resoleable because the mountain does not care how new they look.
Free seam and hardware repairs for the first two years. We would rather mend a jacket than sell you another.
